FAQ - Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders worldwide, except to a few countries where logistical or legal restrictions apply. You can check the shipping options and costs in your cart or at checkout by selecting your delivery country from the list.

Free shipping is available for orders over €250 (not applicable to all countries*).

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a tracking code. On your order status page, you will find this number in the details of your order. You will also receive an email with information about your shipment, along with a tracking link.

The delivery time for your order varies and depends on several factors: the type of items ordered, their availability in our warehouse or with our suppliers, and the country of delivery. By logging into your user account, you can check more details about the ordered products, such as their current status and estimated shipping date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us.

The shipping company makes a few attempts to deliver your order to your address. If you're not able to sign for reception, your package will be taken back and made available at the nearest shipping center or service point. Please note that your package will only be kept there for a maximum of 7 days! After that, your order will be returned to MotorDecals.

In case your package is not picked up from the shipping center or service point, it will be sent back to MotorDecals. It will be possible to resend the order once you cover the shipping costs.

Keep an eye on your tracking information. When your order is shipped, you always receive a tracking number. Please keep an eye on the expected delivery date and time to prevent returns.

Immediate shipping - The product is in stock and will be shipped immediately, usually the next business day.

Estimated shipping date - This is the time when we expect to send your order to you. Please note that this is an estimate and may differ from the actual shipping time.

Economy Shipping - This is an unregistered regular letter, which cannot be tracked or insured. By choosing this shipping option, you assume the risk of a lost package. Therefore, this shipping option is only available for small orders.

For reassurance, we add that in 99% of cases, packages do reach their recipients. It is very rare for a package not to arrive, and the only such cases are shipments outside of Europe.

The delivery time is extended and depending on the country of delivery, it can take up to 4 weeks. However, packages are often delivered within 7-14 days.

Choosing this shipping option requires patience.

Traditional Registered Mail - This is a tracked postal letter that offers a certain level of security thanks to its tracking capabilities. When choosing this option, keep in mind that the delivery time is difficult to estimate and usually ranges from 7 to 14 days.

The delivery is carried out through the Polish Post and the local postal service in the destination country. The quality of postal services in your country can affect the delivery time, and unfortunately, we have no control over this. When choosing this option, you must take this into account.

It's also worth noting that tracking information is not always updated in real-time. It may happen that the data under the tracking link will not be up-to-date.

The shipment has a global reach and covers all countries in the world. We can reassure you that 99% of shipments reach their destination, although sometimes it takes a bit longer than you might expect.

When choosing this shipping option, it's worth arming yourself with patience and being aware of various factors that can affect the delivery time.

Please contact our support desk immediately if you want to cancel your order. Once your order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

Items that are available in our warehouse will be shipped as soon as possible. It may happen that ordered stickers are not available in our warehouse; in that case, we order your stickers from our worldwide suppliers, and you usually get a better price when purchasing these stickers. This is a great opportunity to buy at a discount. As soon as your total order is complete at our warehouse, we will ship it as one package.

When your order is complete and ready for shipment, you will receive a track and trace code via e-mail. The status of your order will always be available in your personal account.

It's not possible to pick up ordered items from our warehouse. We don't have a front desk where we can receive you. We can only ship them to your address.
