All transactions are processed through our trusted payment provider, Stripe Inc., which guarantees the security of your information. To protect your data, all information exchanged during the payment process is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This encryption ensures that the data cannot be detected, intercepted, or used by third parties. Furthermore, we do not store any payment information on our computer systems for further security.

The available payment methods may vary depending on the country. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards worldwide, regardless of the country. In addition to card payments, we also provide the option of a traditional bank transfer for your convenience.

For PayPal users, please note that there is an additional fee at checkout due to PayPal's high currency exchange costs. However, please note that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website.

Yes, of course, it is possible. Please place an additional order through our website and submit a support ticket. The additional order will include shipping costs. Once we receive your order and support ticket, we will combine both orders and refund the shipping cost of the additional order once the orders are shipped.
Ordering by phone is not possible. We have, however, developed a user-friendly online ordering system. If you encounter any difficulties, we will be delighted to assist you.
Of course. If your card or bank account is in a currency other than USD or Euro, the transaction amount will be converted by your card issuer from USD or Euro to the currency in which your account is operated. Please check the currency conversion rates with your card issuer.

Shipment outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties. Depending on the country of delivery, customs fees may vary. The courier company will inform you about the amount of customs duties when your order reaches the country of destination. We do not have any data on the amount of customs duties, so we do not provide them either. You will probably find information on this subject on the government websites of your country.

We know from experience that about 50% of parcels we send outside the European Union go to customers free of customs duties. Maybe it depends a bit on luck, we don't know.

All shipments within the European Union are free of customs duties.

All prices on our website include VAT according to the applicable tariff for each country of the European Union. For countries outside the European Union, prices are without VAT. Motor Decals is not responsible for any import duties and VAT applicable in the destination country.

To qualify for VAT exemption, you can request a business account from us. The criteria for a business account are:

  • You have a registered company in the motorcycle/automotive industry.
  • Your VAT number is registered under the company in question.
  • You expect to place regular orders with us.

If you meet the above conditions, you can apply for a business account at Motor Decals. To become eligible for a business account, please contact us.

Motor Decals strives to maintain a comprehensive stock of all items. We prioritize shipping complete orders and do not ship incomplete orders. Therefore, if any item(s) in your order are on backorder, we will wait until all items are available before shipping your order.

Please note that the estimated delivery date for backordered items is subject to change. This is due to factors beyond our control, such as stock levels and production plans of our suppliers. We work diligently to provide you with the most accurate information regarding delivery times.

In the event that your order cannot be shipped complete, we kindly ask you to contact us. Our team will assist you in finding the best possible solution and provide you with options for partial shipments or alternative arrangements.

Yes, at Motor Decals, you can always cancel your order, even if it is on backorder. Unlike other OEM parts dealers, we provide the flexibility for customers to cancel their orders regardless of the status.
