Yes, you can return items you've purchased, subject to our terms and conditions. To initiate a return, please fill out the RMA (Return Material Authorization) form on our website. This RMA helps our warehouse team understand the reason for your return and allows us to address specific concerns, helping improve our services in the future.

However, please note that we do not accept returns for items labeled as "discontinued". If you encounter any issues completing the RMA form, don't hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.

Yes, once we receive your returned stickers and the completed Return Material Authorization (RMA) form in our warehouse, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your card or bank account promptly. All payments and refunds are issued in either Euros or USD, based on the original order's currency.

  • Note: Your credit card company's exchange rates may influence the refund amount. We recommend checking with your payment provider for specific details on exchange rates.
  • The refunded amount will be deducted by the shipping cost of the order.
  • If you're returning from outside the European Union, the refund will also be reduced by customs fees. These fees are determined by the order's value but will always be a minimum of 30 euros.
  • You must complete the Return Material (RMA) form within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Once you've filled out the RMA form, ensure the return arrives at our warehouse within 30 days. Returns received after this period will be automatically rejected.
  • Ensure the item(s) are in unused condition. Stickers should be entirely intact, with the protective film unremoved.
  • Send the return using courier services or registered mail.
  • Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipment costs.
  • Upon request, we can provide a special shipping label. However, the cost for this label is borne by the buyer.
  • Please avoid sending returns with a cash on delivery option, as we do not accept these.
Upon placing an order, you should receive an immediate email confirmation. If you haven't received this email, please first check your spam or junk mailbox. If you still can't find the email in your spam folder, there's a possibility that you made a typo when entering your email address during the order process. In that case, please contact us via email, providing your name and the address used when placing the order.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 12:00 PM CET. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CEST). While our webshop operates 24/7, you can also reach us by email at any time. We typically respond to emails on the same day. Emails received outside of office hours will be addressed first thing the following business day.
