Return conditions

A return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
The parcel must reach us within 14 days (EU) or 30 days (outside the EU) of delivery.
Please use a registered (tracked) shipment at your own cost.
Items must be unused and undamaged, in their original packaging with the protective foil intact.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.
We will let you know by e-mail as soon as your return arrives.
