Frequently Asked Questions
Should I remove the body panels before applying the decal?
For large or complex graphics, professional applicators often recommend removing the panel from the motorcycle first. Working on a flat, stable surface gives you significantly better control over positioning and pressure, ensuring a bubble-free finish on your fuel tank surface.
How do I determine the left or right side for parts?
Sides are always determined from the rider's seated position. The right side corresponds to the throttle grip side, while the left side corresponds to the clutch lever side. This is the global standard used in all official manufacturer parts catalogs to ensure correct identification.
Before installation, ensure the surface is meticulously cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to remove all wax and residue, providing the strongest possible bond for the adhesive.
* If this decal is listed under multiple models or versions, the exact mounting location may vary slightly.
