How it works

Report a problem within 24 months of delivery.
Photos are required — they are what we and our supplier assess.
Nothing has to be sent back to us; keep the item until we decide.
We will e-mail you our decision as soon as we have reviewed the report.
If we accept the claim, a replacement is ordered for you automatically.

What is wrong?

Faulty product Print defect, wrong colour or size, the decal will not stick, an item is missing from the set. Damaged in transit The parcel or its contents arrived damaged. We will take this up with the carrier.
