Frequently Asked Questions
How do I determine if I need the left or right side decal?
In the world of motorcycle parts, sides are always determined from the rider's seated position. This right-side decal is intended for the side of the fuel tank corresponding to the throttle grip and front brake lever, ensuring a perfect fit for that specific contour.
Will this decal affect the resale value of my motorcycle?
Absolutely. For enthusiasts and collectors, the presence of authentic OEM graphics is a primary indicator of a well-maintained machine. Using factory-original stripes preserves the historical integrity and resale value of your motorcycle significantly better than non-original alternatives.
For the best results, ensure the fuel tank surface is meticulously cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to remove all wax and residue before applying the stripe.
