Finding the correct factory-grade sticker for your fairing or cowl is essential for a high-quality restoration. It's the details that separate a well-maintained motorcycle from the rest, and using this genuine OEM stripe ensures your bike retains its authentic character. This precision-cut graphic fits perfectly on the left side cover, maintaining the manufacturer's intended aesthetic and ensuring long-term adhesion.

Did you know?

Determining the correct side. In the world of motorcycle parts, "left" and "right" are always determined from the perspective of the rider sitting on the bike. Therefore, this left-side stripe is positioned on the same side as the clutch lever, not the throttle side.

The secret to perfect alignment. Professional installers often use the "hinge method" by applying a piece of masking tape to one edge of the decal. This creates a fixed reference point, allowing you to peel the backing and lay the stripe down with absolute precision without losing your alignment.

For the best results, ensure the side cover surface is meticulously cleaned with isopropyl alcohol to remove all wax and oils before applying the stripe.
