Restoring the Iconic Fuel Tank Aesthetic

• ✅ Original manufacturer packaging: Every decal arrives in its official factory-sealed sleeve to ensure the adhesive remains pristine and uncontaminated before application.
• ✅ Factory quality control inspected: Each emblem undergoes rigorous testing at the manufacturing facility to meet the high standards expected by MV Agusta owners.
• ✅ Precision cut from original factory tooling: This graphic is produced using the same industrial dies as the parts fitted during initial assembly for a perfect profile.
• ✅ Colors matched to factory paint specification: The inks used are calibrated to harmonize perfectly with your bike's original livery, maintaining visual consistency across the bodywork.
• ✅ Shaped to fit the exact curvature of this panel: Designed specifically for the fuel tank's unique contours, ensuring a flush fit without lifting or peeling at the edges.

Choosing authentic factory components is a decision that pays dividends. Investing in genuine OEM means investing in longevity, as these materials are engineered to withstand the elements better than generic alternatives. This original MV Agusta decal ensures your Brutale 989R maintains its premium feel while providing the long-term savings associated with high-durability, manufacturer-grade vinyl.

Did you know?

Mastering the alignment. Use the "hinge method" by applying a strip of masking tape across the center or edge of the decal to create a fixed reference point before peeling the backing, ensuring perfect placement.

Post-application patience. To ensure the strongest bond, wait at least 24 to 48 hours before riding or cleaning your motorcycle, allowing the adhesive to fully cure to the tank surface and resist vibration.

Ensure the surface is stripped of all wax and oils using isopropyl alcohol for maximum adhesive bite before applying your new graphic.
